An Inter-institutional, International Collaboration: The KPU-KSC virtual OPLC
The Keene State College Open Pedagogy Learning Community (OPLC) is now in it’s sixth semester! We are excited to be doing something a little different this year as we have joined forces with faculty and staff at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Vancouver, BC to form a KPU-KSC virtual Open Pedagogy Learning Community. I am especially excited to co-facilitate this OPLC with the internationally famous, Dr. Rajiv Jhanghiani, Associate Provost, Open Education at KPU.
We will be meeting via zoom, using hypothes.is for our readings, and tweeting to #OPLC. Our zoom sessions will be recorded and made available publicly. See more details such as dates and topics for discussion HERE. Our first meeting is Mon Oct 7, at 4:30pm EST. We plan to run this joint, virtual OPLC in both the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters.
